i just bought the cutest socks but i just made a small hole on the heel rip cute socks
yeah it’s the one downside to travelling (melbourne’s only 2 hours ahead of perth though).. melbourne is pretty darn cool! we spent most of today walking around trying to get a sense of direction, it’s just so big! i haven’t done very much shopping yet but i think that’s on tomorrow’s agenda as well as checking out a couple of museums.
our hotel’s right next to china town so i’ve been eating a fair bit of asian street food and it’s sooo good…
i’m feeling a little intimidated by the number of well-dressed people here though haha
i hope you’re well too and hopefully you’ll be able to travel to melbourne one day (i’ll be happy to recommend a few places if you do!). take care~

cool melbourne finds day #1
1. teppanyaki restaurant - think japanese bbq plus massive flames and chefs hurling food and bowls at you!!
2. a magic shop - yet to be explored
3. a street stall selling mini terrariums
just arrived in melbourne, i ate a vegetable curry on the plane (no surprises there)
still waiting for our luggage……..
